This information is given to us through our third-party suppliers which include airlines, tour operators, and other providers. But if it is not, we do not have any responsibility for the same and have no liability in such a case. The airfare that you book can only be guaranteed after you make a purchase and complete the transaction. Post this process, we will issue a ticket provided to us by the supplier. Sometimes the airline may change their prices without informing us and these changes are not dependent on us. We as a travel agency have the right to cancel the booking if we do not receive your payment by the date of allocation. If your flight itinerary has more than one airline supplier then you must go through the terms and conditions of both the airlines. These terms are easily accessible on the airline's website. Every airline has a different set of rules and restrictions on their fee and charges. So if your flight is affected due to a change (cancelled or rescheduled) that the airline made which further results in a change to your other flight, you are the person responsible for the same. Usually, the airline charges a fee for making a change, refund, or exchange, and that cost is borne by you. We recommend this because when you book a combination of two one-way tickets, we can offer you better flexibility and more choices of flights. These flights are usually cheaper if booked on different airlines as compared to the ones booked on the same airline. The terms of a combination of a one-way flight are different from the round-trip flight. The one-way flights are subject to their set terms and conditions. So if there is a change in your first flight leading to a delay in the other flight, as a customer you will be required to pay the applicable charges. In such a scenario, Vuelo Express holds no responsibility for the same. The prices displayed on our website for low-cost carriers are converted from a different currency to USD. We do this for your convenience. Due to the conversion, you pay us an estimated (and not exact) value of the ticket purchased, and there might be an off-chance that the amount paid varies due to currency fluctuation. When you receive your e-tickets, you might have to bear an additional fee on your credit card as a transaction fee for paying in a different currency and country. During your international travel, the provisions of the Montreal Convention are applicable to the countries of departure and your destination. The Convention usually limits the liability of the airline supplier for death or any personal injury of the passengers. Vuelo Express cannot be held responsible if you are not allowed to travel in the flight as you were unable to provide the required travel documents (eg. correct passport, visa, or any other predefined required documents.) The authorities, the airline, or the country (including transit) may ask for them at any point in time and you must present them. This includes any stop made by the aircraft even if you don't leave the airport premises.
We advise you to check on the necessary vaccinations to travel to a particular country. These vaccines may change at any time, so you must keep a check on the updated information. You are required to consult the doctor before you depart to your destination country. You must make sure that you are adhering to all the health requirements and take the necessary vaccination, medication, and right medical procedure for your travel.

We are not liable for any damage or loss that you may face as a result of travelling to that particular destination.
All the airlines have different policies for their baggage allowance, fee, and restrictions. Vuelo Express tries its best to display the most current baggage allowance policy and follows the airline's website to extract the details but we cannot guarantee that the information is up to date. That's why we recommend that you must verify these details on the airline's website directly or call them before your scheduled departure. Also, the baggage fee is not included in the trip cost.

There are different check-in rules followed by the different airline providers. You are required to verify the requirements of the check-in process before making a booking. Vuelo Express advises that you follow the given check-in schedule:
For a domestic flight, a minimum of 90 minutes before scheduled departure for an international flight, a minimum of 3 hours scheduled departure.
Sometimes there are changes in the flight schedule that occur due to reasons like bad weather, mechanical or crew issues, or civil unrest. This includes a change to the original flight from a direct one to a one-stop or a connecting itinerary. In such scenarios, the changes are initiated by the airline directly, and Vuelo Express holds no responsibility for the same.
If the schedule change includes a cancellation, then we will notify our customers by calling them and sending across an email that will assist you with other options and choose one depending upon the airlines' guidelines. In some cases, the airline does not inform us of the changes or the cancellation in advance. For the same reason, you must reach out to the airline's customer service team to confirm your flight schedule. You must make this call at least 72-hours before the departure time and this will protect you against a missed flight.
In case of a schedule change, the airline helps you with the available recourse, and it is their final authority to provide an alternative flight option. Once you check-in for your flight, it is the airline's responsibility to handle your booking. So, in case of any cancellations, delays, change of schedule, or rebooking of your flight is done by the airline. In such cases, we can only guide you with the procedure; final recourse is taken by the airline. In case you do not have an update of the change in schedule, or cancellation 24-hour before the time of departure, you or you have already reached the airport, we advise you to coordinate with the airline staff and get to know more about your available options. During such a time, the airline is your best source of information and will deliver the best advice to you. In incidents like bad weather, you have limited options.

Our prices mentioned on Vuelo Express are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The fare that we offer is guaranteed after you have purchased the ticket, and we have issued a PNR to you. The airlines change their prices at any time without giving any advance information
Once you submit the payment details, we will share an email of Booking Confirmation from us. This email includes the booking reference number, your travel itinerary, and your e-ticket. In case you do not receive the confirmation then the booking is not complete, and when we issue the ticket, the fare might have changed.
We will inform you in case of a price change before making the bookings and under no circumstances, there will be any changes on your travel ticket once they are issued.
All the prices on Vuelo Express are in USD. Vuelo Express has the right to cancel the booking if we do not receive the complete payment within the stipulated time frame. The amount which is mentioned in the confirmation email has to be fully utilised in the same sequence as that of the flight segment. If you make improper use of the tickets, your trip may get cancelled.
Please know that any bookings made on Vuelo Express are non-refundable, if not specified otherwise. And we will be happy to help you with the cancellation process. In case of a refundable cancellation, it is subject to an administrative cancellation fee according to the charges mentioned in our Post-ticketing Fees and additional charges by the airline or other travel service providers.
For us to process your refund request, it is subject to the airline's rules and procedures. We can process your refund only after the airline approves the refund request; and once processed, we will send it back to your original payment method. After we initiate your request for cancellation we start with the process by sending an email notification to make sure that your request is in progress. For this whole process, we deduct the service fee applied to the booking request and return the balance amount. Being a travel agency, we depend on the suppliers to process the refund. Once we receive the amount from the supplier, we may take some additional time to process the refund and for it to reflect on your credit card. This whole process sometimes may take up to 60-90 days from the day we received the cancellation request.
You may notice an additional fee or a fare difference by the supplier which will be added to the cost of your booking. Once we make a booking on your behalf, we cannot allow name changes and if you want to make any such changes post the booking is complete, you will have to incur extra charges. When you make a booking through our contact centre (including a complex multi/stop and roundtrip booking), we might levy a service fee higher than our online booking fee. This fee ranges from $10 to $200 per passenger by our agents.

Once transacted, your credit card company decides on the exchange rate and the transaction fee on the day of booking. Vuelo Express has no responsibility regarding the same.
If you make a request for a special seat, meal, or frequent flyer miles; we will consider that as a request only. We as service providers cannot guarantee that the same requests will be provided to you. The airlines hold the exclusive right to make any kind of changes to your allocated seats and do not guarantee an advance notification. Even if we allocate the request, it is your responsibility to confirm the same with the airline and we hold no guarantee that you will be assigned the requested seats. We do not promise that you will be served with a meal, frequent flyer program, or any other special request provided by the airline.
Vuelo Express offers a variety of services but we do not endorse that these services are suitable for you. So any claims that concern the risks of a travel service does not bind us. These services are enlisted on our website.
As a policy, an unaccompanied minor is not allowed to make a reservation on Vuelo Express. An individual below the age of 16 is a minor. Every airline has a different set of policies for minors, and a few do not allow them to fly without an adult. Some do allow them to fly but only on non-stop flights. As a customer, you can dispute travel charges applied with your credit card company. Once we revert with a resolution and clear the disputed charges you can check with your credit card company. In case the dispute of chargeback is incorrectly filed, Vuelo Express can cancel your bookings as a remedy.
When making a booking with us as your Service Providers, you accept and agree to our cancellation policy automatically. All the special offers, discounts, coupon code, etc. published on the Website are not eligible in the cancellation policy. A chargeback is levied in case of an improper charge. We have the right to investigate the claims and recover the cost from you for an incorrect claim. To verify the claims, we may use our call recordings including the service call to dispute the claim.
The photos and information enlisted on Vuelo Express for the hotels, their amenities, and products are shared by the supplier. We hold no responsibility for any changes as a result of an old or misrepresenting update provided by the supplier. Special features like smoking/ non-smoking, lake-view/ garden view, etc. are made on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed. Although hotels usually honour the requests made, we cannot guarantee that you will get the special request made.
Some fares quoted require special membership like Corporate, government, AAA, or ARP. Offers under these rates will require their designated members to be available at the time of check-in to prove your eligibility. But the hotels are not under any obligation to honour the special rates if you are unable to qualify for them or do not have the identification proof for the same. Vuelo Express or the hotel supplier will not be in a place to issue a refund for the unused room or nights because of an early check-out. Some hotel suppliers offer an additional service of the airport shuttle. To avail the same, you must reach out to the hotel directly and confirm its availability along with the price details. A few hotels also have an offer for a Booking Bonus for free services like tours, breakfast, and more. Please check with them for the services and their availability as they are under the hotel's discretion and not us.
You must check directly with the hotel and confirm if they allow pets on their property. Vuelo Express holds no responsibility for the hotel's pet policy and its fee or pet restrictions. Every hotel has a different policy for different types, size, and breed of the pet.
The prepaid reservations are usually charged on your credit card when you make a booking. This charge includes only the base amount for the room reservation. It is exclusive of the resort fee, energy surcharges, any cleaning fee, or mini bar. These additional charges include meals, movies, games, parking, or a phone call and are applied to incidentals daily.
Some hotels ask for a voucher when you check-in. In such cases, Vuelo Express will provide you with the voucher to share with the hotel authorities. You will receive your hotel confirmation in the same email that you receive from us. Please carry a printed copy of the same with you at the time of check-in.
We make your meal arrangement as selected by you during the booking process. If you book a hotel that offers all the meals and you pay for the same provision at the booking time, you will receive all the meals accordingly. You may opt for an apartment that offers the option to cook yourself or arrange your meals.

Once you receive a booking confirmation email from us, our travel experts will start the reservation details with the hotel and we will further share the confirmation after we receive it from them. Our confirmation email entails the booking reference number, your booking itinerary, and the additional services you have booked with us. If you do not receive the confirmation email from us, please call us and inform our support team and write to us on support@vueloexpress.com. We also suggest that you call the hotel and confirm your bookings 24-hours before check-in
The hotel does not receive the details 72-hours before the time of check-in. If your reservation is secure and guaranteed, you will receive our final confirmation that entails your booking voucher. We recommend that you call the hotel check-in desk three days before your arrival and confirm the details.

Along with this, to facilitate hotel booking, your credit or debit card may be charged with additional taxes and fees. The charges are for an approximate account required to recover the amount that we pay to the hotel and confirm your booking. Taxes owed by the hotel without limitations under sales, occupancy, room tax, and VAT. Few destinations impose a government tax that cannot be directly paid to the authorities and must be collected by the government. This tax varies from the amount that we charge you. We retain the balance of taxes and fees as compensation to serve you; and it includes our profit on booking for you.

Vuelo Express does not collect or remit taxes to be paid to the taxing authorities. The suppliers enlisted with us are the vendors and apply the taxes which are billed to us and paid to them directly. We are not their co-vendors or have any association with them even if we reserve your bookings with them. The taxes and the rates that we levy change depending on the location of booking made. For a transaction on a hotel located in a certain jurisdiction, we charge your credit or debit card with payment of taxes to be collected and remitted to the location's jurisdiction as taxes owed on the amount we retain for providing our services.
Currency conversion based on approximate exchange rates, and when you make the bookings, it is used as an approximate guide and not the exact amount. The applicable tax rates are dependent on room charges. The hotels collect payments per night per room basis; and are accessed regularly by the guest. The incidentals collected include meals, movies, games, parking, and phone calls.
As a booking agent, we do not bear responsibility for any errors except an error made by us. The Terms & Conditions are governed under US law. Unless the hotel supplier states their contract is governed by the law of some other country or the country where you are availing the services, US law prevails in case a dispute arises. In such a case, you will deal with the New Jersey Court. If a dispute arises regarding the booking made by Vuelo Express, it will be dealt with according to the Terms of this Agreement in New Jersey Court.
To request cancellation or alteration of the booking made, you should write to us on support@vueloexpress.com. We will consider the request only when we receive an email that states your request and then initiate the process after your acceptance to the mentioned Terms & Conditions. In case you have booked a non-refundable hotel, our sales agent will inform you while making your booking.
Vuelo Express, our software, the graphics, the design, layout, and content published on it are owned or licensed by Vuelo Express. As a user or visitor, we allow you to view or use the content via a browser. Any other use like a copy, sell, distribute, repost, modify, or reuse is strictly prohibited.
If you attempt to do so, it is a breach of Agreement, and we may ban you from using our Website. Only we have the right, licence, and permission to use our Intellectual Property.

The vehicle rented may be driven by another person(s) as per the consent of the renter. In such a case, all issues and damages arising are the sole responsibility of the renter. Certain add-on charges may be applicable for additional drivers as per the car category and rental policies.
The driver's licence must be valid for at least 1 year from the date of rental booking. All renters will be required, at the time of rental, to supply a valid driver's licence (U.S. or country licence accompanied by an International driver’s licence and passport)
Individuals whose primary address is outside of the United States are classified as international renters. The primary residence of the renter will be ascertained by consulting the address listed on their valid driver's licence. The vehicles displayed for each car class on the Vuelo Express website or its partner sites are only representations of the type of car that is available for hire. We cannot guarantee any specific vehicle that may be available at the time of pick up. This is solely due to the fleet variations, availability, location, date or other such factors.
Several insurances, including Deductible Loss Damage, Rental Liability Insurance, Supplemental Liability Insurance, and RSA, may be levied as per relevant US law. Before renting a car, please go through the booking details to get precise information on such insurance policies.
Mexico Insurance: Vuelo Express allows you to acquire car insurance while travelling in Mexico. Mexico insurance can only be acquired before entering Mexico. This insurance coverage is only available in Mexico cities/states closest to the California and Arizona border. Rates start at $31.00 for 24-hours, plus taxes. All other cars are not permitted to enter Mexico. Moreover, car rentals from Maui, Newark, and Vernal are not covered by Mexico insurance.
One-way rentals are only available at certain specified locations as per the car category, availability and applicable rules and regulations. One-way car rentals that originate in the state of Florida may only be driven intra-state, within the state of Florida. One-way rental drop prices vary depending on the applicable policies and local laws.

All charges including car rental fees, taxes, service fees, and surcharges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you cancel your car rental booking, you will lose the full amount deposited.
During pick-up, you must produce the same credit card/debit card that was used to pay for your car rental reservation. If the card you used to book your car rental is lost, stolen, or replaced by the card issuer and cannot be shown at the time of rental, you must process your booking at the pick-up spot, and we may waive the cancellation fee at the time of pick-up as well.
Vuelo Express car rental bookings cannot be changed or modified. Please cancel and rebook your car rental on Vuelo Express should there be any changes necessary.
Changes to your pick-up and/or drop-off dates or location for a Vuelo Express car rental will result in the cancellation of the previous reservation and the creation of a new reservation at current rental prices.
Optional products (insurance coverage, car seats, GPS, etc.) may be cancelled or added to your booking without incurring additional surcharges depending on the chosen car category, availability and other such factors.
Vuelo Express Car Rentals are subject to all Vuelo Express Terms and Conditions, and the individual rental policies of the relevant vendors. This includes early/late returns, extensions, and third-party reservations made outside the Vuelo Express website or application.
Child Safety Seats: In California, state rules require children eight years old and younger, weighing less than 80 pounds, to use a child restraint device. Similarly, in Arizona, children under the age of five must be secured with child-safety seats. Drivers with children must follow the current state and city rules on child passenger safety. Child safety seats are not available for Vernal-based rentals.
Vuelo Express is not liable for any conjectures that may arise out of the inability to follow the required Child Safety laws and guidelines.
Geographic vehicle rentals from Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming are exclusively valid in those states.
Car rentals that originate in Florida may only be driven within the state of Florida.
Car rentals from the state of Texas can only be driven in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Car rentals that originate in Illinois can only be driven in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, and Kentucky.
Vehicle rentals from the state of New Jersey can be driven into Canada. A passport is necessary to enter Canada. Canadian customs and excise regulations restrict Canadian passport holders from driving rental vehicles from the United States to Canada and back.
Vehicle rentals originating in Maui are only permitted on public roads.
Vehicle rentals from Vernal, Utah can only be driven inside the state of Utah. Travel outside of Utah is permitted with prior consent. When driving outside of Utah, mileage is limited to 300 miles per day, with an additional price of $0.25 per mile.

Vehicle rentals from Washington are only permitted to drive into British Columbia and Canada. All other provinces are prohibited.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are per person, in US dollars, based on double occupancy, and do not include government fees, taxes, port charges, or airfare. There is a $35* non-refundable processing fee per booking; this amount is not covered by the pricing. The fuel surcharge, which is not included in the listed price and must be paid before departure, is something that the cruise company reserves the right to add. Before boarding, special-rate passengers must show a government-issued ID (passport, birth certificate, or driver's licence) to prove their address or age. Refundable Rates are applicable to the cruise deposit amount and need to be fully paid before the deadline. Processing fees are not included in this deposit amount. Contractual group bookings and chartered sailings are not eligible for this promotion. To modify or cancel a cruise reservation, get in touch with Vuelo Express rather than the cruise supplier. The cruise may not be refundable in part or in full. After the booking is finalised, there are no changes allowed to the number of passengers in the reserved cruise package. Unless otherwise noted, there is a cancellation fee associated with the cruise supplier and a service fee associated with Vuelo Express when cancelling a cruise package. Once the journey has started, no modifications will be accepted.

Prices and availability are only valid when purchasing the entire Holiday Package; they do not apply to individual components. Due to contractual restrictions, Vuelo Express is unable to provide you with an in-depth breakdown of the pricing for every component in your Holiday Package booking. Vuelo Express imposes service fees of $50 per passenger, per ticket for flight bookings, $40 per room, per night for hotel bookings, and up to $40 for vehicle rental bookings on new reservations.
The prices shown include all taxes and fees for the Holiday Package, including airfare, hotel, vehicle hire, and activities. However, you may be liable to pay any applicable service surcharges, as well as any additional fuel, security, baggage, seat reservation, incidental accommodation, and other expenses. You are solely liable for any additional fees imposed by the travel service provider; if you have any queries regarding these surcharges, please contact them immediately. In addition, depending on where you are travelling, the government may impose entry/exit taxes, which is also the sole responsibility of the traveller.
The prices are exempt from drop-off fees, gas, kid safety seats, sky racks, personal effects protection, liability insurance, collision damage waiver, or incidental hotel room charges. All of these fees must be paid at the hotel's check-in desk or the location where the car rental is picked up.
Payment with a valid credit card is required in full at the time of booking. Vuelo Express accepts all major credit cards, as long as the billing address is verified as being in the United States or Canada. You authorise Vuelo Express and its approved third-party partners to charge your credit card for the entire cost of the Holiday Package you have reserved.
Travel service providers ask that you produce a valid credit card when checking into a hotel or at the location where the rental car company will pick you up. This is to verify that the approved card usage occurs and/or to secure any excess charges that may be levied as per their individual component policy. In most cases, the traveller listed on the booking must be the cardholder. Additionally, certain travel service providers may not accept debit cards. Before you arrive, confirm with the travel service provider.
If your flight ticket contains our "Self-transfer Package", the terms and conditions may still apply. You agree to comply with those terms and conditions by purchasing an airline ticket that includes our "Self-transfer Package". It is critical that you read them carefully since they specify what the guarantee covers and what you must do to benefit from it.
Before purchasing a flight ticket that includes our "Self-transfer Package," be sure that the time available to transfer/make your connecting flight is sufficient for your specific needs. A "Service Element" refers to an individual item or service offered for Booking on the website, without the requirement of booking additional services. I booked my accommodations for the weekend getaway.
"Travel Supplier" is a company that provides a variety of services, such as lodging, car rentals, and flights. Rather than serving as the main provider, Vuelo Express coordinates the Service Elements mentioned above with third-party vendors, known as Travel Suppliers.
"Making a reservation" involves discussing and finalising a Service Element or multiple Service Elements with the Travel Supplier via this website. Accepting your offer and receiving full payment may lead to the formation of a contract through negotiations with the Travel Supplier.
Certain steps are implemented to ensure the authenticity of a reservation before finalising it.
We invite you to submit an offer to purchase Service Elements when they are listed on our site. You must click "Book" on the payment page titled "Review Trip Details and Book" before this offer becomes available.
By doing this, you are essentially extending a binding offer to Vuelo Express to purchase the necessary Service Element(s) from the respective Travel Supplier(s) (referred to as your "Booking"). We have the option to either accept or reject your offer on behalf of the relevant Travel Supplier.
The email confirmation from Vuelo Express simply acknowledges receipt of your offer and doesn't imply a contract acceptance for the Booking. Confirmation of the availability of the necessary Service Element(s) is required.
If the necessary Service Element is in stock, your reservation will be confirmed. Upon receiving complete payment, the appropriate Booking agreement is established.
The contract between you and the Travel Supplier only includes Service Elements confirmed through email, such as hotel, car, or activity reservations, and flight ticket numbers.
The terms of your Booking, including price, availability, and/or travel dates, are not guaranteed until a contract is formed, a ticket is issued, or a reservation is confirmed by the Travel Supplier. Kindly note that after the Booking process is finished, we have the right to cancel or make any changes to your Booking, such as names or destinations, based on our own judgement and in accordance with the terms and conditions.
These Booking processes will be subject to the Terms & Conditions for each Service Element. The Booking process covers certain topics, with any unaddressed issues being covered by the terms and conditions for the airline ticket, hotel, car rental, attractions, and services. We have the authority to make changes to the Booking process whenever we want. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on the Site.
You must have a government-issued photo ID with you at all times during your trip for security checks at airports, hotels, and car rental locations. The Travel Suppliers may also need this ID for verification and for other products or services you get while Booking.
For international travel, in addition to the previously mentioned government-issued identification, a passport serving as proof of citizenship is necessary (for most countries outside of the United States). Please be aware that you alone are responsible for making sure you meet the requirements for a passport, visa, and/or health insurance in the countries you plan to visit and those you pass through (even if it's just a quick flight change). A lot of countries mandate that your passport be valid for at least a certain amount of time after the date of entry. You should get in touch with the relevant local consulate of the countries you are visiting if you have any questions about the applicable minimum period, other requirements, or passport/visa requirements.
If any of the aforementioned conditions are not met, you will not be entitled to any refunds and neither Vuelo Express nor its affiliates will take responsibility for your denial of boarding, delay, or deportation.
If you have more than one passenger on your reservation, they must all travel the same route. You cannot change the number of passengers in your reservation.
If a pricing error occurs, Vuelo Express will make the necessary corrections and, if applicable, will give you the choice to either cancel the Booking or let Vuelo Express charge your credit or debit card an amount equal to the price increase before you leave.
You are unable to transfer or amend the name(s) or destination(s) specified in your Booking once it has been made.
Unless there are extraordinary circumstances, your Booking will be fulfilled on the delivery date specified in your email containing ticket information, or on the date the ticket is issued if no delivery date is specified.
The conditions of each airline's contract of carriage are incorporated herein by reference. The contract of carriage in its entirety is available for inspection by passengers at the ticket offices located at each airline's airport or city. The full text of the contract of carriage may be obtained by passengers at no cost through mail or other delivery service upon request to the airlines.

Except as specified in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions, our total prices include all taxes and fees that apply to travel, lodging, car rentals, and activities that are part of your Booking. The relevant Travel Supplier will impose additional fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservation costs, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service fees at the time of check-in. For any such additional costs payable to the Travel Supplier, you are solely accountable. Should you have any inquiries regarding these fees, kindly get in touch with the relevant Travel Supplier directly.
Liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, drop-off fees, gas, child safety seats, sky racks, and incidental hotel room charges (phone, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable tax increases) are not included in the prices quoted for the service element(s). All of these fees have to be paid at the time of rental car pickup or at the hotel check-in desk.
The listed prices do not cover any additional fuel surcharges for flights or other surcharges that may be imposed periodically by the relevant Travel Supplier or authorities; these surcharges are your responsibility to pay.
At the time of Booking, full payment with a working credit or debit card is required. All major credit and debit cards that have a confirmed billing address are accepted by Vuelo Express.
By using this form, you give Vuelo Express and its approved third-party permission to charge the full value of your Booking to the credit or debit card you give us.
The Travel Supplier(s) may ask for a valid credit or debit card upon check-in at the hotel or car rental pick-up location for card verification and to cover extra costs if necessary. The person holding the card needs to be one of the travellers listed on your Booking.
All offers, prices, and terms for the reservation could potentially be subject to change.
Before making a purchase, consider restrictions related to eligibility, seating, and other factors.
Limitations on travel days, dates, duration, holidays, peak times, blackout periods, layovers, and waitlist availability;
Reservation validity restricted to one year; extensions may lead to penalties or restrictions.
If your travel plans involve a final destination or layovers in a different country than where you started, the regulations of the "Warsaw Convention" treaty could affect your entire journey, even segments within the same country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention regulates and has the potential to restrict the liability of specific airlines for passenger fatalities or injuries, as well as for lost or damaged luggage.
A reservation is considered incomplete until it has been confirmed or ticketed. In order to safeguard our clients, we verify with the credit/debit card issuer the accuracy of the billing address and credit card verification number you provided and ensure that your debit/charge will be authorised. The fare might change until that information is confirmed.
We are not responsible for any transactions declined because of a credit/debit card declined by the issuing company or Travel Supplier, or if the billing address/verification number cannot be verified promptly. We are also not responsible for any fare changes or extra charges during our verification process.
