• We offer service door to door (including all the expenses of transport) - It does not include expenses of customhouses or taxes.

• For the shipment of your documents, the time of transit is an average by destiny and it treats in working days (Monday through Friday). The days will be able to be facilitated special deliveries Saturdays. Please consult with your Vuelo Express Agent.

• Vuelo Express does not handle negotiable shipment of cash money, documents and dangerous articles or prohibited materials by the IATA.

• In some countries/destinations the cassettes, videos, credit cards, negatives and chequers like subject articles have to pay taxes.
• Our company does not become responsible for indirect damages or losses in your charge because of an involuntary delay in the time of transit of the packages.
