SPECIAL SERVICES IN CUSTOMS
• If your shipment requires some special Customshouse’service like exit Certification, temporary export permission, etc, will take 24 hours capable additional to the normal time of transit. -UP

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
• Each aerial guide sent by our means, must be signed by the client and it will constitute in the contract between Vuelo Express and the sender.
• Any type of reclamation will not be accepted when the shipments are:
• cash Money
• Sub-declared or not assured real value.
• Damages due to inadequate packing.
